Brotzeit simply means "bread-time". The inspiration behind the restaurant’s name is actually derived from a popular Bavarian expression that translates to “bread-time” (“brot” means bread, and “zeit” means time) - a simple phrase that is to be inferred to having a small meal to complement a wholesome or good beer.

We liked the chick and contemporary setup of this restaurant. Of course, not to mention that it actually faces the waterfront.

Of course with such huge juicy sausage, who won't have a great time?

One thing I know for sure, this man had just experienced a food orgasm!

How else to end the sumptuous meal than to have their house special, their warm apple struddle.
Yummmm....

to start: tomato seafood chowder

to share: duck breast cheese fold

to laugh: Minty leaves - Mojito

my scallops and tiger prawns - grilled (thumbs up)

unfortunately, their overly-hyped Argentinian Steak was not all that good. It was alright, but did not impressed at all.

To sum up, we had a great time catching up with Patrick after such along time in this cool Cuban Bar. Of course we were entertained thoroughly by the Latin rhythms and cheers because the Bar had a live band playing with regulars dancing to their favourite Salsa moves.
Overall, fun!
